The Dog Detective ALERT system is worldwide network of Dog Detective Members including registered Animal Control Departments, Humane Societies, Rescue Organizations, Search/Rescue Groups, Shelters, No Kill Shelters, SPCAs, Veterinarians, Law Enforcement Agencies, Neighborhood Associations, Educational Institutions, Individuals (Volunteers), Dog Groomers, Pet Stores and Dog Trainers.
In addition to the Dog Detective ALERT, you can send yourself an ALERT with your pets's photo and information to forward to your friends, family and neighbors.

| Breed Finder - After watching people register dogs under the wrong breed
time and again, we have developed a tool to help people figure out what breed of dog they have found. The more accurate the ad, the better chance of finding the owner!

Maps |
| Rescue Maps - As many of you know, Dog Detective was very involved in the rescue efforts for pets after Hurricane Katrina and Rita.
The use of our maps by rescuers saved thousands of dogs by giving the rescuers the ability to navigate their way through an unfamiliar city quickly.
We are proud to present this new system to the public. Sign up and in the event of a disaster, you will have the option of including your dog's information on maps given to rescuers.
Information will only be given to authorized rescue organizations. Get on the map before a disaster strikes. Sign me up!

| Theft Maps -
Available to law enforcement agencies only. Dog Detective Theft Maps display maps of local dog thefts.
Law enforcement agencies must register as an organization and then contact Dog Detective for verification and approval to access maps.

When you find or lose a dog, one of the most important things to do put up posters. Members can create and print custom flyers and posters with their dog's photo, in three languages - English, Spanish and French.
