It looks like it has had good care and seems smart. I was on a walk with my dog and it just followed me home and now it won't leave. It's a wonderful dog and deserves to be back with its owners. Location: Keizer, Oregon United States On Windsor Island Road near Simon Street, about five miles north of Lockhaven and Windsor Island.
