He's really big, but I think he's a puppy! He's mainly black with white markings, and a very little bit of tan here and there- he REALLY misses his family, please let me know if you have any idea where he belongs! Found right after the new year fire-works went off, on top of that there was a pretty bad wind storm, so I think he was really scared and ran off! Poor guy!
