Smitty is safe at home.

How:
"Smitty, our schnauzer, wandered through the woods behind our home for 11 days to a home about 3.5 miles away. The homeowner saw him playing with her dog and was able to lure him to her patio with dog biscuits. She contacted her neighbor -who looked on the Dog Detective website, found a match and called our home. He has lost six pounds, is limping and was covered in ticks- but he has been checked out by our vet and should make a full recovery. We feel estatic and blessed. We thought he was gone for good. Thanks to a great neighbor and Dog Detective- you've made a beleiver out of me."
