"Someone had stolen our dog just as we suspected. We found him in the front of someone else's yard chained up with a female red and white husky. We think they were going to breed them. His rabies tag was still on but his other tag was gone. They said he didn't have it on when they found him. Yeah right! We were so mad. Our first step is to get him fixed so no one will want to keep him just to breed him. And the next step is to get a padlock for our fence so no bozos leave it open again!"
